Follow-up inspection conducted:

Dropping removed from the small storage room in kitchen. Gap has been sealed. No more droppings were observed in the room. Good.
NOTE: Continue to monitor for any new droppings observed in the room.

Front display cooler used for desserts only turned off at this time. Operator had advised parts on order for a repair.
NOTE: Ensure to contact the health inspector to notify once repaired.
