Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of walk-in cooler maintained at 0C
- Walk in freezer at -12C
- One of the front undercounter cooler measured at an ambient temperature of 6C and used for storing pre-packaged non-potentially hazardous food.
Ensure that the temperature of cooler is maintained at least 4C or less if used for storing cold potentially hazardous food.
- Storage room for sugar syrups and dry storage room maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Manual dishwashing conducted using 3 compartment dishwashing sink. 200ppm QUATS solution measured in 3rd sink.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Ice machine was clean and had no signs of grime build up.
- All food products were stored 6" off the floor and protected from any risk of contamination.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- 200pm QUATS sanitizer solution measured in spray bottle. Staff stated that the detergent solution is also used for wiping the surfaces.

Note: Ensure that the food contact surfaces are sanitized with a food grade sanitizer. Detergent solution can be used for cleaning prior to sanitizing the surfaces but this step must not replace the sanitizing step.
