Follow up inspection

-Upright glass cooler was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less and it was equipped with a thermometer. Temperature records were being kept for it.
-The front servery cooler was 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
-Hot-held sauces were 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.

The food safety plan and sanitation plan was available on-site.

NOTE: The operator still needs to obtain a probe thermometer; correct within 1 week.
