2) White freezer in kitchen area missing one of the wheel

2) Ensure freezer is fixed so that it can be moved easily and floor area can be cleaned.

- Hand washing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- All coolers 4C or below
- All freezers -18C or below
- All hot holding units 60C or above
- All temperature control units are equipped with working thermometers
- High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface
- Sanitization spray bottle labeled and supplied with 200 ppm QUATs
- 3 compartment sink equipped with sink plugs and able to dispense 200 ppm QUATs
- Food items are time stamped
- PHF such as sliced tomatoes and onions are time stamped, if they are not used up within their respective time limit they are discarded by operator
- No sign of pests
