Comments

A follow-up inspection occurred in regards to the violations observed on February 26, 2019:
Very LITTLE cleaning of critical food-contact surfaces has occurred. Areas missed = inside shelves of upright cooler, outside door of cooler (this should be a DAILY wipe down), shelving units used to store clean equipment
ZERO cleaning underneath the grilling equipment (big pile of grease and old food debris)
A verbal warning was given. If these items are not corrected upon next follow-up inspection, a violation ticket will be issued [Fail to maintain equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces in sanitary condition = $230]. Ensure that there is enough staff on schedule to maintain adequate sanitation of the kitchen.

Items that were corrected:
Paper towel available at bar handsink. *A plan is in-place to attach a dispenser to the wall
Ice scoop is in a bucket
Some coolers were cleaned
Knife rack was cleaned
Quats strips available at the bar
Walk-in cooler was pressure-washed. Appears well-organized.

**A follow-up inspection will occur in 2 DAYS: Wednesday, March 6, 2019**
