Comments

General sanitation is very good. No concern with food handling practice. Elements on the donair ovens were on and the meat cones were rotating. Sliced meats were cooked again on the griddle. Rice kept hot in the rice cooker. Temperature checks are done each morning and recorded. Test strips is used to check the strength of quats sanitizer for dishwashing.
