Follow-up Inspection to Initial Inspection:

Note: Credit card authorization provided to the Fraser Health Billing department was cancelled for permit fee of $125 (June 2022 to March 2022).

All construction is complete. All construction materials removed from facility.
Ceiling panels installed.
Door sweep installed for back exit.
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.1C at dish level after final rinse cycle.
2-compartment sink for dishwashing and prep sinks equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs.
Temperature of all coolers (2-door stand up, prep, under-counters) maintained at or below 4C (40F).
Temperature of 2-door stand up freezer maintained below -18C (0F).
Hot holding turned off at the time of inspection. Ensure foods are cooked/re-heated to at least 74C (165F) before placing it in the pre-heated hot holding unit at or above 60C (140F).
Concentration of sanitizer at dispenser within acceptable limits: 272 - 700ppm DDBSA and 704 - 1875ppm Lactic Acid.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance satisfactory.
All surfaces are smooth, impervious and easy to clean.
Premises well lit.
Permit fee of $100 paid over the phone to the Billing Department.
