Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for use in back area. High temperature dishwasher used to pre-rinse carboys. Carboys are then sanitized with a bleach solution.
Client bottles are rinsed with bisulfite solution prior to filling.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
