Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of QUAT sanitizer anywhere in facility upon arrival of EHO. Staff had begun food preparation without refilling sanitizer buckets or third compartment sink for the day.

Corrective Action(s): Staff must ensure sanitizer solution is available for use throughout the food preparation areas. This includes at least one bucket of sanitizer solution in the front area, one cup for the blending machine and, since the facility lacks a dishwasher, the third compartment sink must be filled with sanitizer solution at all times.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on lower shelf where juicer is located. This wall has some holes as it is an external wall shared with the adjacent tenant.

Corrective Action(s): Have the holes sealed in this area. This seems to be an area of repeated rodent activity and needs to be addressed as the back holes were addressed. Use non-chewable materials as before.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on lower shelves of:
- Under juicer
- POS wires

Corrective Action(s): Remove all items from lower shelves. Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area.
Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes.
Obtain services of professional pest control company.
Have traps set in these areas.
