Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found a box of whole cucumbers and several bags of whole lemons stored with boxes of meat above and next to them.
Corrective Action(s): Always store raw meat separate and/or below all other foods, including whole fruit and vegetables to reduce the chance of cross contamination. **This is a repeat infraction** Talk to all staff and remind them of the requirement and ensure that they follow it at all times. Continued violations of this nature may result in increased enforcement such as a ticket ($345 fine per violation).
