Recommend lowering the upright display cooler. Gauge indicating 46 F - range in cooler actually 40 F to 43 F (lowest shelf to highest shelf). Should be below 40 F (4 C) at all times. General cooling units less than 4 C. Hot Dogs above 60 C. Sanitizer spray bottle (bleach) at 200 ppm. OK. Premises looks good.
