Follow-up inspection - Pizza cooler measured at or below 4 degree C- (35F) at the time of this inspection. - Bleach water solution in sani buckets available and 100 ppm chlorine residue were detected. Buckets are labeled properly. - Proper food hierarchy observed in the walk-in cooler. Food stored in covered containers. No issues noted at this date.
