Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers that are turned on are at 4C or below. The prep coolers that are turned off do not contain any PHFs - Hot holding unit holding food items above 60C - QUAT sanitizer from sink dispenser and spray bottles achieve 200ppm - Deli slicers in-use at the time of inspection - no concerns - Storage is adequate. Ensure all scoops/spoons are stored in a manner to avoid contamination of food items - No signs of pest activity
