Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher not achieving the minimum level of chlorine sanitizer. Dishwasher primed and successfully had achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse. Clean dishware to be washed through the dishwasher again.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dishwasher sanitizer level is monitored on a regular basis. Test strips provided.

Routine inspection conducted. Inspection conducted before/during lunch (11:00am-11:44am):
-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory; Hot-holding temperatures satisfactory.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. Thermometers available.
-Equipment/tools maintained in sanitary condition.
-200ppm QUAT available in labelled spray bottles. Solution constantly in use at the time of inspection. Good.
-General food storage practice good. General sanitation level good.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.
