- All hand washing stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in several spray bottles
- High temperature dishwasher reached 72C at plate surface level during rinse cycle
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Walk-in freezer was below -18C
- Hot held items were held at above 60C
- All food was stored off the floor, organized, labelled
- Meat slicer was observed to be clean and free of food debris
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
