Deep fryer batter observed in an ice bath.
Grease build up cleaned in exhaust canopy
Timers in place at deep fryers which will alarm once cooking cycle has been completed for the chicken balls and teriyaki chicken
Tags installed on all 3 containers at the dishwasher identifying what is in each container. Bottom of all 3 containers marked to change out once fluid drops down to the change level line.
Soap dispenser filled in employee washroom
Monitoring logs for dishwasher now state the approx concentration of chlorine in the final rinse.
As per previous report, during the upcoming reno ensure one of the washrooms is handicapped accessible. If construction dust is going to be generated ensure tight sealed vapour barriers are in place to prevent dust from getting into the food prep area.
