Comments

A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezer -17C; thermometers present. Hot holding units not in operation at time of inspection. - A new high temperature dishwasher has been installed. The rinse temperature was 75.3C at the plate's surface, as per max/min thermometer. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle had strength of 200ppm. - Exhaust hood was professionally cleaned in March 2023 and next cleaning due in October 2023. - Exhaust hood filters are clean and absent of grease. Routine cleaning of these are being done, great job. - All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; labelled; foods stored in groups; and goods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves. - No expired foods in use or for sale. - Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. - General sanitation level has improved. The floors along the base of walls are being cleaned and the cupboards in the front service areas are clean and organized. The walls and food equipment are clean and do not have food stains. - No signs of pests. ACTION: 1) Clean the floors around the legs of tables and equipment in the kitchen every night, as there is accumulated food and grease around the legs.
