Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Missing paper towel that was opened and readily accessible in the staff washroom.

Observation: Operator was not present during the inspection. None of the staff (2 onsite during the inspection) has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate.
Corrective Action(s): One of the two staff onsite at the time of inspection must register and complete FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent and provide proof to the area Inspector that this has been completed.
Operator must ensure that one person on all shift must have a valid FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent certificate.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, except for staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were noted at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were noted at -18C or below.
Proper dispensers, with handles, noted available and stored in a sanitary manner in bulk food containers.
2 bottle of bleach sanitizer spray bottles were available. Both noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.

Note: Minor debris noted on the floor below the front prep counters by the 3-compartment sink. Please sweep and clean this area.
