Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food debris noted by the vegetable slicers.
**Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Operator discarded the dirty vegetable slicers at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Buy a screwdriver and dissemble the vegetable slicers before washing all parts to ensure no dried on food debris can remain on the slicer after cleaning before storing away.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food stored in the kitchen handwash sink basin during the inspection.
Issue corrected at the time of inspection: The container of food was removed from the handwash sink basin during the inspection
Corrective Action(s): All handwash sink must be accessible at all time. Do not store any food or items in the handwash sink that will impede handwashing.

Corrective Action(s): 1. Follow the proper storage hierarchy in all refrigeration, freezer and dry storage units for food.
2. All food in the refrigeratio units must be stored protected (plastic wrap/ lid) at all time to prevent bacteria or debris from getting into the food.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CDFPME
25 PPM chlorine residual detected on the low temperature dish machine.
Floor below the dishwashing area noted in a sanitary condition. Debris still noted on the floor by the deep fryer and oven however improvements noted.

Please be diligent in fixing the violations cited, especially the repeated violations. If noted during the next routine inspection, increased enforcement actions may ensue.
