Corrective Action(s): Obtain fly strips (or contact a pest control company) to eliminate the fruit flies. In addition, thoroughly clean all surfaces in the bar area to remove potential food sources for the flies (food/beverage spills, etc.).

Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer chemical is present, however, the pump isn't drawing the chemical into the machine (suspected air leak in the tubing). Contact a repair technician to service the glasswasher. Discontinue use of the glasswasher until repairs completed.
