- All coolers temperature at 4 degree C or less
- Chest freezer temperature at -17 degree C
- White chest freezer temperature at -5 degree C, defrost this freezer if needed
- Hot holding units temperature at 60 degree C or above
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse plate surface temperature at 74.5 degree C
- Chlorine in spray bottle tested 100 ppm
- Ice machine is clean, ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner
- Temperature log is maintained
- No sign of pest noted at the time of inspection
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe
- Health permit is posted in a plain view to public
