Follow-up inspection conducted: - As per the operator, the dishwasher was repaired and parts for glasswasher were put on order. - Dishwasher did not achieve the minimum level of chlorine at this time. Operator had agreed to continue to have all glassware manually disinfected in 200ppm chlorine. - Facility to continue to serve drinks only until approved otherwise by the health inspector, with the exception of non-perishable snacks (i.e. chips) using single use plates. Operator to contact the health inspector once dishwasher/glasswasher are repaired. A copy of the most recent pest control report to be emailed to the health inspector.
