Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member observed using a pail of standing water as a hand dip in place of handwashing. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Handwashing must be carried out at the designated handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Washing hands in a container of standing water may result in cross contamination of hands. Pail of standing water was discarded at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to January 4, 2023.
-Facility is no longer using bleach sanitizer. Facility has switched to Quats sanitizing solution and spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Did not observe foods stored in opened metal containers at the time of inspection.
-Raw foods were properly stored to prevent potential contamination of foods.
-Did not observe foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Carpet mats have been replaced with rubber mats in the kitchen.
-Staff member with FOODSAFE Level 1 present on-site at the time of inspection - valid until November 23, 2026.
