Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 246209 of May-23-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1. Low temperature dishwasher tested at < 50 ppm chlorine at plate level 2. Wiping cloths observed to be lying on racks and work/preparation table after usage. 3. Handles to sliding door coolers and knives observed to be wrapped in masking tape. Correction: 1. Contact technician to repair dishwasher, ensure dishes are sanitized at minimum 50 ppm chlorine in dishwasher 2. Ensure wiping cloths are put in sanitizer bucket after use to maintain sanitary conditions 3.
