Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 12, 2024.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail were labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
-Mandolin slicer was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. Staff are properly disassembling the slicer for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices improved: did not observe foods double stacked, scoops were stored in a sanitary manner, and ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe frozen foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-General cleaning has been carried out to the facility. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.
-Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 training were present at the time of inspection (April 23, 2029).
-Did not observe any cooked foods cooling at the time of inspection - unable to review cooling procedures.
