Cut vegetables stored inside front prep cooler. Tea undercounter cooler 4 C 1 door upright cooler 3 C Food containers observed properly covered. Food items stored off the floor. Raw meats safely stored below potentially ready to eat food items. Cutting boards and knives observed stored in a sanitary manner - wall hooks for boards, magnetic wall strip for knives. Noodles and cabbage at room temperature at time of inspection, covered with ice during lunch period. When not needed for use they are to be returned to cooler units.
