Gen - Inspection of food premises for provision of health approval to operate: - Change of ownership - No processing of foods or ready-to-eat meals provided - 3-comp sink available in cutting room - 2-comp sink available at sales counter - Chlorine bleach available for usage as a food-contact surface sanitizer (Mix ~ 1tsp. of bleach per litre of water to make a food-grade no-rinse sanitizer). - Ensure all products sold on-site come from government-inspected/approved suppliers and have proper product labels - Ensure all coolers/freezers that are currently not being used are capable of maintaining safe operating temps. before using to store potentially- hazardous foods. - All coolers in-use at time of inspection are at 4C or colder temp. - General sanitation is good - Approved to operate
