304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: 1) Found mice droppings accumulated on the floor, metal racks and the wood ceiling joists (kitchen floor) in the basement along the wall below the stairs & kitchen. Droppings carry diseases and they also indicate high activity and an entry point.

2) Found pieces of foam that was gnawed by rodents by the compessors in the basement. Rodents are gnawing at the foam in the ceiling. This is an indication of high activity and an entry point into the premises.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean up the droppings today and sanitize any surface that came into contact with the droppings with a bleach and water solution. This shall be done daily, to determine the activity of the ordents. Block openings with metal plates or metal mesh (1/4" or smaller), or tightly stuff holes with steel wool. Inform your pest company of this area so they can trap more aggressively in this area.
