Follow-up inspection conducted: - Glass door for cooler repaired. Cooler was operating at 3.1'C at this time. - Major cleaning was done after the routine inspection. General sanitation level good at this time. - Foods stored at room temperature during the routine inspection now moved to the prep cooler behind. Good. - Onions are placed on the designated area - bottom of the shelving unit. NOTE: Ensure to have all foods properly covered to protect them from contamination at all times.
