Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink is not accessible (blocked by equipment) and is not being used by staff. Disposable gloves are being used.
Corrective Action(s): Staff are to wash hands prior to using new gloves. Hand sink must be accessible. Equipment moved during inspection.

Routine check.
Food processing is no longer being carried out at this location. This business shares some food storage space and equipment.
Premises has use of cooler space (air temperature 4 C/40F) and commercial dishwasher with a final hot water sanitizing rinse (71C measured inside of the machine).
Designated hand washing sink - see above.
