Observation: * Shelving paper was installed in some cabinets which is not food grade. This paper can attract pests, etc and moisture can accumulate under paper. This paper is to be removed and shelving left without paper or use a rubber mat that is cleanable (via dishwasher)
Corrective Action(s): * Remove paper and replace with rubber mats or leave shelving as original state.
