Observation: Large gaps noted on both sides of garage concession door. Light from outside of building shining through gaps.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all exterior walls/surfaces are secured/controlled to prevent possible pest entry into premises. Seal/block gaps.

Observation: Required cleaning:
1.Under ice machine - sprouting potato, debris accumulation
2. Between legs of prep table - debris accumulation
3. Under bar coolers - broken glass and debris
4. Dry storage shelf with corn starch - spilt on shelf, on back wall and on the floor under shelf
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the above hard to reach areas are routinely cleaned to prevent accumulation of food and debris and attracting pests.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1. Cutting boards appear worn - cut marks and discoloration noted on all cutting boards.
2. 2 comp dishpit sink noted with leak under left metal drain pipe. Bucket noted under drip leak when water is running in compartment.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment and food contact surfaces are in good working order:
1. Ensure cutting boards are capable of being maintained in sanitary condition - signs of wear and discoloration decreases staff's ability to maintain a sanitary food contact surface. Operator has indicated there is an annual resurfacing of some fixed cutting boards and replacement of movable cutting boards. Ensure boards are maintained in functional and sanitary condition - if required replace/resurface cutting boards more often to maintain standards.
Correction date: 2 months
2. All sinks must function properly without any leaks - repair leak. Operator has indicated the metal drain pipe requires welding to the base of the sink - discussed possible complete replacement of metal piping with another material - operator will consult a plumber for options.

Observation: 1. Hole in wall (drain piping replaced) behind prep sink across from large mixer.
2. 2 light fixture covers missing and 1 light fixture burned out in main kitchen
Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all holes/ open exposed walls are resealed after repairs are complete to prevent possible pest entry and to allow for proper cleaning (smooth, durable, easy to clean material).

-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection - Pest control serviced by Rentokil monthly. Report provided on May 28, 2019 available for review - no major concerns.
