Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Refrigeration measures <4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Triple sink sanitizer and spray sanitizer measures 300 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 74 C. No hot-holding at time of inspection. Satellite servery fridge temperatures measure < 4 C. No recommendations.
