A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Hand sinks stocked with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and 3-compartment sinks was 200ppm.
- Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves and different proteins are separated to prevent contamination.
- Staff use disposable gloves for one task and then discard.
- Staff uniforms are clean. Laundry service used.
- General sanitation is good.
- Flies present, but blue lights and fly tape used. Keep all doors closed at all times to prevent the entry of flies. You may wish to install air curtains above doors that are frequently opened or remain open for longer period of times. Consult your pest control company.
- Food flow is good to prevent contamination.
- All surfaces are in good working order and cleanable.
- All in order.
