Routine Inspection: Facility not in operation at the time of inspection. Operator informed that facility will not be opening until Stage 4 of the BC Restart Plan for COVID-19. Operator informed that facility will undergo deep cleaning and maintenance checks prior to re-opening for the public. No food preparation or storage at the time of inspection. Hand washing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Temperature of under-counter coolers = 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit). Glass washer turned off at the time of inspection. Ensure glass washer sanitizes with 12.5-25 ppm iodine when facility is open again. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Contact the health department when the facility is ready to open for the public. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Report will be emailed to Operator.
