Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of cut potatos were stored outside of cooler.

- Mesh window frame was painted to seal up raw wood
- Small hole on mesh window frame was sealed
- Improvements made to general sanitation in the kitchen. Continue to clean regularly.
- Newspaper no longer in use. Plastic containers will be obtained in the near future.
