*Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on June 28, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B26UB7) - Mesh window frame was painted to seal up raw wood - Small hole on mesh window frame was sealed - Improvements made to general sanitation in the kitchen. Continue to clean regularly. - Newspaper no longer in use. Plastic containers will be obtained in the near future.
