Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer measured at > 100 ppm.
High temp. dishwasher reached 77.3 C at plate surface.
Cooler at 4 C
Operator submitted copy of foodsafe 1 certification. Other staff has foodsafe 1.
Ice cream area:
Hand sink stocked with soap and paper towels.
Freezer for ice cream - 18 C. Dipper well in good working order.
Note: garbage picked up by First Waste. Pest control currently done in house, however one production area and lounge area has been approved, then pest control contact to be in place.
Cheque collected at time of inspection $87.50.
