Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 30, 2023, regarding concerns relating to the following: Care and supervision - Inadequate active supervision - Insufficient staff to child ratio All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation. The following contravention/s were cited: Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) - Section 34(2)(a) – Group sizes and employee to children ratios - Section 13(1) – Environment |
