Comments

-Ensure that proper chlorine test strips that include the range of 50-100 ppm are available for testing the dishwasher. Do not use pool test strips, since the upper range is 10 ppm.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Ensure that it's tested daily.
Sanitizer solution had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
A professional pest control company is onsite regularly, reports available for review.
Food is stored in pest proof containers.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
