Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # KSTE-B6VQGG of Nov-26-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (Multi-quat dispenser only dispensing 50 ppm Quats (LaMotte test strips - 45 second dip). Quats sanitizer spray bottles also contain 50 ppm Quats. A concentration of 200 ppm Quats is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces and achieving the required reduction of foodborne pathogens. General Comments Quats sanitizer dispenser has been adjusted. Tested 200 ppm +. Staff will empty out bottles of sanitizer and refill. Previous inspection report corrections required (date to be corrected December 3, 2018): seal gap under door, obtain quats test strips - test concentration regularly (200 ppm)
