At time of inspection, empty unit was at 11.2C 2. Quats sanitizer dispenser had been adjusted by staff, however is now dispensing >400ppm. Corrective Action(s): 1. At time of inspection, no food in cooler. Currently awaiting repair. You may not use this unit to store food until a follow up inspection has verified this unit is capable of maintaining foods at 4C or below. 2. Have sanitizer dispenser serviced to ensure it dispenses a 200ppm Quats solution Violation Score: 15

At the time of the inspection, manager had voluntarily closed the facility after the 24 hours as previously agreed upon and had emptied the prep cooler of all food. The sandwich prep cooler has not yet been serviced and is currently awaiting repair. Closure order issued
