Routine inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel available
- 1875 ppm Powersmart (Latic Acid) available
- ** Low temperature dishwasher had a reading of 0ppm Chlorine - two compartment sink available. Operator was given instructions how to adequately sanitize dishware with 2 compartment sink; suggested to use single use dishware if large number of customers
- All coolers were 4C or lower
- All freezers were -18C or lower
- Ice machine in good condition; ice scoop was maintained in a sanitary condition
- Hot holding units were 60C or higher
- Food storage was good throughout the facility; food was labeled and dated
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
