Routine Inspection:

Front:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Concentration of QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles and bucket = 200 ppm.
All under-counter coolers maintained at 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
Glass washer sanitizing with a concentration of 12.5 ppm iodine.

Kitchen:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Temperature monitoring system in place.
Concentration of QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles and bucket = 200 ppm.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
Ventilation canopy maintained in a sanitary condition.
General food storage practices satisfactory:
- All food items covered and protected from contamination.
- All food items stored off the floor.
- Raw meats stored separate from ready-to-eat foods.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance very good.
