Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous food in that cooler discarded. Cheese/pepperoni sticks, creamers, all opened sauces, all opened condiments.

- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing

>>> 1tsp bleach to 1L of water
- Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle available, measuring 100ppm chlorine on test strip.
- Professional pest control does routine checks
- Morning staff has FOODSAFE
>>> Please ensure all shifts that are serving food has staff available with FOODSAFE level 1.
- Store is maintained in sanitary condition

Note:
- Please do not use Lysol wipes to wipe food contact surfaces
- Vinegar is not a powerful enough sanitizer, please use bleach water at 100ppm.
