Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: Walk-in freezer: not in operation; construction for walk-in freezer underway. Sealed off from production area. Staff states construction will be complete Friday, June 9, 2023. Walk-in cooler: 1.3°C Bakery display products: 0.2°C Reefer truck: -7°C Sanitation: Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels, and garbage receptacle. QUATS in 3 compartment sink measured 200ppm High temperature dishwasher reached 71°C on store Ecolab test sticker Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Storage area was well-organized. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. Reefer Truck and store walk-in freezer currently used to hold frozen products during construction. General: No pest activity observed at time of inspection
