Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-B43PHE -Both handsinks left and right are now supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Paper towel dispenser installed at left handsink -Hole in back hallway has been sealed by close fitting access door -Foodsafe Lv. 1 certified staff on-site during inspection - Discussed with owner about scheduling at least 1 Foodsafe Lv.1 certified staff per shift. Owner is hiring 4 new staff with Foodsafe Lv. 1 certification and will ensure at least 1 is scheduled per shift to meet requirement -Correction order rescinded as of today August 31, 2018 Still requiring correction: 1.Replacement of dairy cooler : still noted at 8 C ***One of each required beverage is stored in unit during operation, remainder stored in back functioning cooler under 4 C. No food or beverages stored in dairy cooler over night. Note: ***Ticket (#AH00914946) has been issued for "failing to comply with an order" on violation date and inspection conducted on August 28, 2018.
