Follow up inspection conducted. 2 separate treatment for cockroaches took place during the month of November 2019. No live cockroaches noted at the time of inspection. On going regular treatment for cockroaches is needed to prevent the emergent of the pest problem. Ensure facility is thoroughly cleaned daily to prevent the accumulation of grease and food debris. More frequent cleaning is need for area under the front grill station.
