Observation: Pink buildup noted on the interior of the drop plate in the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice in ice machine. Clean and sanitize the interior drop plate and interior of the ice machine as per the manufacturer's instruction.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was prepared and the staff was unaware of the requirement of the spray bottle during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed the staff to create a bleach sanitizer spray bottle during the inspection (2 tsp bleach per 1 L water to make 100 - 200 PPM chlorine residual). A food-grade sanitizer spray bottle is required whenever food is being prepare to sanitize food contact surfaces after use.

Observation: No soap in the soap dispenser by the back of house handwashing sink.
Corrective Action(s): All handwash station must always be equipped with liquid soap and paper towel at all time to allow food handlers to wash their hands when required.

Front of house handwash station accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
Freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Cooked pearls were held hot at 68.0C.
In-use utensils and food contact equipment noted sanitary and in good repair.
General sanitation and organization satisfactory.
Drain plugs available for the 2-compartment sink.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 184F at the plate level and 76.4C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
