Observation: 1. REPEAT: Ice build-up observed on the ceiling of the walk-in freezer. Dripping condensation from defrosting covering various food boxes stored below.
2. Various single serve containers stored directly on the floor in the drive thru and storage area. Corrected During Inspection.
3. Spray bottle of peroxide stored directly on top and next to single use containers. Corrected During Inspection.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent cross contamination of foods:
1. Have walk-in cooler repaired and keep walk-in freezer door closed when not in use.
2. Ensure all food and food contact surfaces (including single use containers) are stored 6 inches off the floor.
3. Ensure chemicals are stored in a separate area away from food and food contact surfaces.
