Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of pizza prep cooler, walk in cooler & stand up cooler recorded at or below 4C.
- Chest freezers at -18C & -4C.
- Pizza slices hot held at 67C.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Good
- All food containers were properly covered.
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs and bleach bottle available to conduct sanitizing.
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- All equipment were maintained in excellent sanitary condition. Good.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp March 20, 2028)

Recommendations:
- Place a garbage bin near the handwash sink for staff to discard used paper towels after wiping their hands.
